It has nothing to do with quality and entirely about whether you're frontrunning their official releases while being part of corporate structure. If you're releasing a screener while the movie is still im theaters, potentially before its even out in every country its slates to be released in there's the idea it'll eat into the box office. Likewise if you're releasing blurays before retail starts selling them you're potentially eating into home media sales, future revenue from exclusive streaming deals and so on.

People who do that kind of stuff are the ones that are actually on the most wanted list. It's the same with drug dealers. Small time dealers who sell to users, cops bust them but mostly leave then alone before there's just way to many. The people they actually want are the people that drug dealers buy their drugs from and the people who manufacture and smuggle the drugs. Getting a PTP account is like infiltrating the extremely exclusive club of junkies buying heroin at 20 dollars a time from street dealer standing on a corner. Even if you climb up the user ranks, you're still in that category. Torrent King om PTP does mean you're talking to staff and getting info about the actual site. You're not even remotely close to shutting down the site.

How do FL internal encoders (playHD especially) compare to the "best of best*"?

*According to an earlier comment, the "best of best" would be encoders like CtrlHD, W4NK3R and DON, but I'm not sure if that still holds up today.

The reason I'm asking is, I've been learning Romanian as a hobby and having Romanian subs out of the box with the movies I watch would be great. Plus the fact that most of them are (mostly always) freeleech on FL makes them easy to get.

But how do they compare in terms of video/audio quality with other 1080p encoders?

Edit: I know I can download subs seperately, but that's not the point of this post.
