how many CVEs were added this time?
>>
>>103555851
I like qbit but I never update it because every time I update it for whatever reason it likes to completely break and wont let me connect to any torrent
>>
>>103555904
which is probably fine as long as you never enable the web components
>>
>>103555904
This is bullshit. Never happened to me and I update every single time.
>>
I have an inclination to wait about a week to make sure nothing is too broken before I update. keep me posted :)

>BUGFIX: Fix incorrect SQL column definition

The offending line of code:
addColumn(DB_TABLE_TORRENTS, DB_COLUMN_SHARE_LIMIT_ACTION, u"TEXTNOT NULL DEFAULT `Default`"_s);

If they had used Rust with SQLx, this typo would have been picked up at compile-time. Just saying.

you may get a 4.6.8, might have to be on linux though

Just because you haven't heard of it doesn't mean it doesn't exist, though it means that skiddies also don't know it exists so maybe you have a point.

it does. I am waiting for more features like more sorting options.

New versions are nice and all but I like the old 4.4.4 UI better than the new one. If you tell me how to restore it I'll consider updooting.

I'm kind of a 4.6.6 guy myself.

Why are you so weird? It took you longer to write that gay post than to improve your torrent client.
>>
Why did they remove the pause button?
>>
>>103567733
because now you can pause the whole session and now you stop torrents. you can still stop them all at once in 2 ways.

Do I *need* qBittorrent?
t. using Transmission
>>
>>103569274
if you won't use any of the extra features, do what works for you. IMO the one benefit for transmission is it looks better on aqua/gnome. I'm in the explorer/plasma camp so so transmission looks out of place in addition to having fewer features.

>*need*
no
>>
>>103566160
There's LOTS of unfiltered CP on PUBLIC torrent search engines.
>>
>>103569448
Only thing I'm missing are country flags from the peer list but I absolutely HATE the search bar thing. Bittorrent clients aren't supposed to browse the internets IMO.

I don't update it because the developers haven't figured out how to automate it so I don't have to visit their ad filled sesspool of a site which links to another site where I can then download the new and updated it

at least use the last patch release of whatever branch you're on. If you don't want to use version 5 yet, at least use 4.6.7(possibly 4.6.8 soon if they back-port the certificate check)
>>
>>103580203
Because that is an unstable version. Use the last version before a major upgrade, dummy. In your case, you should be using 4.3.9 minimum.
