Anytime.>>106466382That's very interesting, but what about someone else having access to my flashdrive (for whatever reason), aren't they getting access to all of my stuff, including passwords? Is there a way to encrypt FF when it's not plugged? I can totally see the convenience, but the implications can be a bit wild. Thanks for the write up, though.
>>106466382>but you can't be bothered to download and properly setup firefox on each of them.Firefox Sync does all that. And you can host your own Sync server if that's what you like.
>>106465270"1000W" lolNever used one, so IDK for sure, but that number is completely made up. 5 18650s in the typical power tool pack gets you maybe 300W. And that better be start and stop, not continuous for several minutes or you're going to have serious safety issues.
Are there any good 2.5g switches on ali?
I still wonder how some companies like 8bitdo are able to release controllers for so cheap. I mean I'm not complaining either, but $30 leafbucks is still a pretty big steal for a controller thats better than the Madcatz shit we had back then.
>>106462574vibrating butt plug? its the bomb.
Went and bought a shitload of lighting stuff about 43€ total. The equivalent on ikea would come out to ~100€ (without the hub).Wish me luck it doesn't suck ass.
>>106468004anon was asking about those sunset lamps a few threads ago they look cool plz update when you get it
>>106468029Will post a review/picture of it in action when it arrives anon.
>>106468004main thing you're probably going to miss out on is dimmability (for the E27 bulb) and CRI (basically everything on Aliexpress)
>>106468047>>106468047>dimmability (for the E27 bulb)Yeah I'm aware, the led strips are dimmable (since they are smart/zigbee compatible), the bulb isn't. That lamp isn't meant to be mood lighting though, it's supposed to go on my desk, the left side of it I have a lightbar for, but the right is too dark. Doubt I need dimmability for that, but to be fair I have little idea if 9W is good or too bright or not bright enough.>and CRII wonder if that matters to me, I suppose time will tell. Will post in the review when it arrives (by eye though I have no idea how to quantify cri)
>>106467906Most components of a controller cost pennies, I'd imagine the battery is the bulk of the cost. It looks kind of crazy (and for the consumer, blessed) relative to first party, but consider also how wild Microsoft's profit margins must be selling a $65 controller with no included batteries that also have less internal tech than $20-30 chinkshit.
they've disabled cashback in my region
>>106461034desu i've been using wristrest mousepads for years and came to like them. I just wore out my Flandre feet one and had to go back to my old Sakura boobs pad
>>106466409you could just encrypt with veracrypt or something similar, but i think the general approach is low security. If you do banking and need security it should be on it's own VM or computer with its own setup.
>>106467429i have one and my ex-tradesmen dad loves itreasonably powerful at around 20-25kpa but yes, don't know what the motor is made of and its endurance. it's around a third of a brandless stick vacuum and a tenth of a real dyson in terms of price
Gillette razor blade replacement?
>>106468176gaming companies have figured it outplaying a 4 player game on the xbox will require 3 additional controllers at $75-200 per controller, and then there's the cost of games at $60-80 a pop in addition to xbox live monthly fee if you're serious about online matchmakingthey got my brother so hard because he buys the yearly ufc, fifa and nba's at full price as soon as they're released. the playerbase migrates with the new games so if you "skip" one your strats and playstyle may be outdated if you decide to pick it up again the following year
>>106466279that's a keychron keyboard in the OP right?what does this general think of it? price seems alright but I want to know if there's some things I need to worry about
does anyone else get post-consoom regret. like that shit i bought looked decent in the moment until after it's like having dozens of tabs open each to degraded women covered in gross mens disgusting fluids, the heat of the moment passed and i'm sitting here in the dark my limp dick in hand my face dimly reflected in the screen like what am i doing what have i done. not unlike my order book clearing shipment after another received as the packages come in i'm thinking how good is this even, in the moment with a bunch of tabs open to different listings, checking the reviews the photos, must consoom, but in the afterglow, do i really need it, what was i thinking, why did i even
>>106470359
>>106469340>playing a 4 player game on the xboxThere are none. At none worth playing, let alone dumping so much money into. Anon, it's 2025, not 2001. Split screen is dead and buried.
>>106470359>regretOnly if the thing turns up and it's only suitable for the trash.Or if I see a much better deal elsewhere.Or if the item will be only be clutter.>what am i doing what have i doneIf you're going to go back to those tabs anyway, you might as well just skip the self-loathing and embrace the degeneracy.
>>106470651there's a handful like overcooked and it takes twononetheless i have now inherited the xbox along with the three extra controllers
>>106469568>that's a keychron keyboard in the OP right?Correct>what does this general think of it? price seems alright but I want to know if there's some things I need to worry aboutI'm not the anon that posted it, but I have a keychron C2 and have been using it for years. It's never had any issues, so zero complaints on my part. Keychron used to be a no-brainer recommendation, but since then they've gotten a lot more popular and well known, which has caused them to raise their prices. So now while the quality is still the same, the value isn't quite as amazing. Think of it like a naturehike of keyboards, you know you'll get a certain level of quality, but you also know you're paying a premium for that fact. Up to you if you think it's worth that.
>>106470359Next time you order some shit, get some outdoor equipment and then go outside for a few days at least once overnight. I promise it'll help. That being said I rarely get consoom regret, maybe if I feel like I paid a bit too much. I used to get it more, but that was in the early days when I wasn't a high leveled chinkshitter who can tell the quality of an item from a listing and can infer how much he'll like it. Instead I now have a bunch of csg items around that make me happy everytime I see them.
>>106470989I've had people I know IRL recommend Akko keyboards, and I can see they're similarly pricedBut I think I'll look for more Keychron reviews for now
>>106471192It's just a question of the price, the quality is great for them. The only thing you may prefer that keychron doesn't offer are different switches, but if you are fine with the ones they have then it's not a bad choice.
the head broke after a month. more specifically two separate rotor blade sections have parts which crumbled off after i took it apart to clean it so fuck me for being a responsible adult and trying to maintain it i guessback to xiaomi and enchen for me. already got a enchen blackstone for $3.59 from the bundles earlier. forgive me lord xiaomi for ever trying a different brand
>>106471282Can you shave your head with these things? Not to a bowling ball shine, but just do a very close shave?
DON'T TEST MY PATIENCE, CHANG. SHIP MY SHIT. I NEED MY DOSE OF CONSOOMER JOY.
>>106471379buy a trimmer and set it to a 1. rotary shavers have no guard so you cannot adjust length.otherwise you can shave your head down bald using these with patience, hell i did in my teens to shave my legs with no problem
>>106471459I do have a trimmer, but it takes a while -- the head (of the trimmer, not mine) is pretty narrow. Rotary looked more efficient in that regard. I want to just hop in, hop out, and have a bald head in 5 minutes. Maybe that's just wishful thinking.
>>106471476bald polish only then. that's the function of a rotary shaver - down to the skin until 5pm comes around

>>106471771Anon, it's going, and you can't do anything about it. Just embrace the chrome dome.
>>106471790Oh i'm not balding just wondering about ordering these types of products in general tonics/creams/after shaves
>>106471771You're gonna lose your hair even faster and the seller will say it's your fault for not reading the packaging. If you really have an issue with hairloss, it's fin and/or min or ascending by accepting your fate like an adult.
>>106471800I wouldn't. Best case scenario you'll get some bottled gutter oil. Maybe if you do your research and get something that chinks actually use, that they are selling for 10x prices to gweilo. I'll stick with regular Western brands for something like this.
>>106471630They were not "real" stores
>>106471771these products are all scams used to prey on the insecurity of balding men. Either take a trip to Turkey to get implants or shave.>>106471476I've already recommended picrel and will do so every time the topic comes up. Electric razors are shit at shaving your head, no matter if it's a trimmer or a rotary. I've tried a bunch of them, even larger rotaries marketed specifically for shaving your head, and they are all slower + do a worse job than shaving with razors. I can understand not wanting to use a classic razor to shave your head because you're scared of cutting yourself, but picrel is super safe. I've only nicked myself once in ~2 years and only because I jerked my arm while doing a sweeping motion for something unrelated, and even then it was barely noticeable. Yes you do have to swap out razor heads every once in a while but you can buy them in bulk and they will last you a long time (only had to buy them once so far). electric ones also require head changing, and it will cost more than the original razor costed you.
>>106471969I have a classic razor that I know how to use, it's just all the surrounding hassle. Hot water, lathing, all that. Wanted something faster when I don't feel like doing all the rituals.
>>106471672No, fuck fishing.
>>106472052You're missing out anon.
>made a big order >day after I did a small display on one of my devices gave out>it's freely available for under 2 bucks>you have to pay shipping or order five of them >wouldn't be an issue just two days ago if limped with a big orderFuck.
>>106472014next time i do a 1 all over i'll try out the rotary on my sideburns or back of my neck and i'll report back. i actually think it should work and you'll look like someone who went into basic (army training) and got their head shaved
>>106472159This is how they get you

Has anyone here ever done a chargeback against Aliexpress? Could you describe the process to me?I think my bank was trying to gaslight me. They explained that I can make a request of "recall funds", whereupon my bank will contact Aliexpress and ask them if they are willing to return the funds or not. If Aliexpress says no, then end of story and I'm out of my money. They never heard of or used the word chargeback, which is pathetic and I can't just write it off as a language barrier thing. At no point would I be asked to provide proof or communication or anything either, since there would be no any kind of dispute process. There isn't anything available resembling to a chargeback process, which seems insane to me.
>>106472529this sounds more like your shit bank issue than an Ali issue desuyou can chargeback, they'll likely just ban you
>>106471771lmaoamazing packaging
>>106472529Chargeback is done entirely on the bank's side and on their discretion, meaning they decide if they do it and under what conditions. Ali has nothing to do with it. So in other words your bank is shit and you probably should switch it.
>>106472657I don't care if I'm banned, but I can't seem to initiate a chargeback.>>106472845Interesting, thank you for confirming my doubts.I'm seriously thinking about switching a bank, but I doubt the alternatives are any better. Regardless I'm going to ask around the other banks if they have any idea about chargebacks at all.I just finished talking with my bank's customer service. They at least had an idea of what a chargeback is.Seems like I first must make a formal "complaint", then the bank will decide what happens and reply in 15 business days. They couldn't tell me more. It appears there is no set process of handling chargebacks.By the way, the number of their customer service was not free and I spent 3$ for listening their shitty elevator music.Fuck this goddamn country.
>>106473068>Regardless I'm going to ask around the other banks if they have any idea about chargebacks at all.Keep in mind that chargebacks are a sort of "last resort" type of thing, you aren't meant to do them often and they will fuck your standing with whatever site you bought from. It's not that you should get a bank that allows you to do many chargebacks, it's moreso that the fact that your bank doesn't (or barely does) indicates that it's not all that great overall. >By the way, the number of their customer service was not free and I spent 3$ for listening their shitty elevator music.I'm sorry anon but in a twisted way that's really funny kek. My condolences.
i got a USB-C PD charger for free from a chinese seller some time backi think he wanted a good review or something. i never uesd it because i didn't trust itif i test it with a little usb-c tester for the wattage and everything and it checks out, does that mean it's safe to use or nah?
>>106473167Depends on what the tester does.If it just measures voltage, no.If you apply a load that draws close to max current (and thus max power), and it doesn't heat up substantially and the voltage is consistent, then probably safe, yes.
Got the VEVOR air impact today. It feels pretty nice, as well as the sockets. It comes with an oiler fitting and a swivel fitting (which I won't be able to use as my plant uses automotive fittings). Will test when I got to work in a couple days.
