Do you need integrated Wi-FI?
Do you need 64GB of RAM (generally 32GB is fine if only gaming)?
For longevity's sake the X3D CPUs are best for gaming as they can fit a lot of the games code in on-die cache which makes the CPU age much slower for those applications. Here's my suggestion (the 9800X3D is ~20% faster but in your country it's not worth the premium over a tray 7800X3D and you can always drop in a faster AM5 X3D chip later):
