I've been using a Philips 226V4L 22" LCD display for about 7 years, cheapo but does the job, however it only has VGA and DVI input which makes it incompatible with anything modern. I've been looking at getting a new GPU (most likely 9060xt 16Gb, can get for 375€ compared to 450€ for the 5060ti 16Gb) and monitor, 24" 1080p typically goes for 60-120€ while 27" 1440p for 120-220€. Theres an AOC Q27V4EA 27" IPS 75Hz that goes for the same price (120€) as the AOC 24G2SPAE 24" IPS 165Hz which is amongst the recommendations of the monitor hunter's factsheet in the OP. Is a slightly worse build quality and far worse refresh rate worth the extra resolution and size? Also are AOC monitors any good in general, I've seen a lot of people in my country complain about getting faulty pieces that burn out within a month, and that AOC just sends you a refurb if its past the 14 day period

I was going by the LED codes on the motherboard. It was sitting at 37 for a while, going to 38 occasionally and then back to 37, which I thought meant that it was still in the middle of memory stuff.

Is 1000W psu enough for 12700k + 9070xt + 2060?

9070xt for older title 4k gaymen on host and nvidia for passthrough to winblows vm (for some work software it works better with)

havent bought 9070xt yet, not gonna be home with workstation for 2 months so I'm unsure if waiting for 5070ti super duper scalper 24gb edition will be worth it, but maybe nvidia is a little more efficient so I wouldnt have to worry about psu upgrade?

I actually came from a board that had ALC1220, which broke after almost 8 years, which is why I can tell. My inears need much higher relative volume to get the same loudness, also all the games and music are less detailed, sound dull.
Folks keep suggesting DACs, but that introduces other problems to the equation such as lag, and also it's a fucking hundred bucks more.

For longevity's sake the X3D CPUs are best for gaming as they can fit a lot of the games code in on-die cache which makes the CPU age much slower for those applications. Here's my suggestion (the 9800X3D is ~20% faster but in your country it's not worth the premium over a tray 7800X3D and you can always drop in a faster AM5 X3D chip later):

The asus motherboard is always the top but QC has gotten pretty good across brands so it sorta doesnt matter. I have a 10 year old gigabyte board that still works fine. Its just it pwm fan software was really janky compared to asus which actually works. The fact of the matter is that all these softwares work much better now and most people dont bother with messing with fan settings anyways automatic works just fine.

Ok bros I found out the reason my usb speaker not waking up with windows could be cause by the "Allow the computer to turn of device to save power" in the USB controller setttings. What's the worst thing that can happen if I turn this setting off other than my USB devices not turning off by themselves?

Alright I'm assuming that's 14k kr for both the system + monitor?
For your monitor it's basically a choice between do you want an OLED or an LCD (and if you pick LCD do you want 1440p or 4K).
If it were me, I'd splurge for the OLED as the perfect contrast/blacks, colors, panel uniformity, and viewing angles make a night-and-day difference in gaming regardless of framerate or artstyle.

Good idea if you can as you can pretty much guarantee around an 7-15% across your entire build then and protip start checking for sales around mid-November as e-tailers being listing them then and if you want to the end of November on Black Friday itself the good deals get snatched up by then. Also keep an eye out for any CPU+Mobo+RAM bundle offers.

Pushed the voltages up to 1.35V in the BIOS and the speed to 5600MT. After a brief scare (red light on MOBO), Windows booted up! Timings still at stock CL40 though. The RAM is seen as 5600MT now, which is great.

dram vdd is the vdimm, its the most important one. thats the voltage the sticks use.
vddq can help with cpu imc or secondary timings but in most cases that can be left at expo/xmp default.
you can also get a noticeable boost in performance by messing with trfc and trefi. you will feel the latency difference since the memory is refreshing faster and having more data to work with before it has to send refresh command.

I had an 8350 in a sabretooth 990fx and 4500 was a cakewalk, had to bump volts slightly. Pushing to 5ghz needed 1.53v and like doubled power from 4ghz. This was with a custom loop tho.
