For the airgapped machine use WINDOWS since Linux cannot into self-contained/static linked softwareIf your concern is "just werks" use MacOS, pretty self-explanatory. As you can see, Linux is out of the equation here, Linux is dogshit, no cap. These faggots still don't know how to draw windows on the desktop and have just awhile ago implemented fractional scaling.
