>>106657100Oh you are in for a surprise when you notice all the small things they added everywhere. Like in safari just swipe up on the bar or pinch out to get to all your pages. If you miss circle to search you can setup a triple tap on the back of the phone to take a screenshot in the google app and have the exact same thing. Only thing is that it asks if you wanna delete or keep the screenshot but its so nice. If you want to download torrents there are iSH shell or a-shell which you can use to download whatever torrent client using pip or whatever and just use the terminal command to download. If you wanna keep the app running in the background make sure to run something like “cat /dev/location > /dev/null &” beforehand. If you want extensions for safari you can find them in the app store for dark mode and adblockers. If you go into settings and apps then you can configure many things like the eq on apple music and so on. If you want to use geforce now and want 120hz there is a free browser called nexus+ that supports it. Just make sure to select desktop view. Many other cool tricks but I can’t remember them right now. Have fun!

im moving to iphone and i cant decide whether to go with base 17 or 17 pro max?what i like about base 17 is it looks better to me, comes in black and is less expensive. only thing i dont like is the size, id prefer if it was 6.5 to 6.7 inchesi dont like colors, material or design of pro max i think, in that regard, it is downgrade from last years models. i dont like how it will easily scratch because of sharp corners on the camera bump. and my biggest gripe -i think it is too wide to use one handed comfortably. i have 76.5 mm wide phone not including the case and it is pushing it for my hand size. pro max is 78 mm without casebasically im torn between paying more for a phone that is too large, but ill be more than happy with the display, or going with smaller than id prefer. i considered air, but it just doesnt make sense to me. aside from display size, it is worse than base 17 in every way. wildcard is staying on android and buying s25 plus. it is basically the perfect size for me

Forgive my unformatted post, but I have this maddening new problem and I don't know where else or how to ask.For about a week now, my phone is no longer notifying me of one friend's texts. I won't get any notifications, but once in awhile I'll check the sms app and it'll say I have an unread text from several hours ago. No noise, no vibration, no notification, nothing. It's like I muted them, but I did nothing of the sort. Just now when I went to double check that, the same thing happened. They responded right away to my last message an hour ago, but it took until just now to get it. And this is the only person this is happening with, I get everyone else's messages right away and it lets me know. The kicker is that I'm an emergency contact for this person, and I have it set so their texts and calls override do not disturb mode.What the hell is this and how do I fix it?
