Is there a smartwatch general or something? I don't see one so I guess I'll ask here.

My wife has offered to get me an Apple Watch for my birthday, and I am a bit split between what I should get.

I'm looking to get a cellular model for sure, since my aim is to stop being on my phone so much. I have it with me because I need to be reachable, but I end up just hanging on it way too much. So I thought this would be a good way to still stay reachable, but also not have to have my phone with me.

The current 2 options I'm looking at is a barely-used (sometimes even new but second-hand) Ultra 2, or a new Series 11. I'm liking the sapphire glass on the Ultra 2 and I wouldn't need to worry about scratches as much. The reason I'm not going for a Titanium Series 11 is because it would cost even more than a second-hand Ultra 2.

My wrist is about 18.5cm at the thinnest point (matchbox for scale), and seeing it IRL, I am a bit concerned with the size of the Ultra 2.

If I were to go for the Series 11 I'd definitely go for the 46mm model though.

upgrading from huawei p20 pro and thinking about switching to ios and going with iphone 17

i now have telephoto lense with 3x optical zoom which i find quite useful. hybrid 5x zoom pictures are somewhat usable and 10x optical zoom even if gimick is nice to have when peeping at something in the distance
