0) Install a GNU/Linux distribution of your choice in a Virtual Machine.
1) Install a GNU/Linux distribution of your choice on bare metal and run your previous OS in a Virtual Machine.
2) Use a live image and to boot directly into the GNU/Linux distribution without installing anything.
3) Go balls deep and replace everything with GNU/Linux.

and it says I can't run MP4/H.264. I even have OpenH264 codec plugin because it's automatic.

Why do more applications support VA-API than NVDEC despite both APIs supporting the same codecs? If it's because the former is older than the latter, than how come VDPAU isn't supported by something as popular as Firefox?
