Hey lads, quick question. I've got a BV8900 phone. I've had smartart and live wallpaper tabs keep making push notifications so I uninstalled both. But they still kept happening.I checked here a couple threads ago and an anon recommended Shizuku and Package manager because I'm not very tech savy when it comes to phones, and I did find the hidden installations of the two apps with package manager and removed them. I've checked, they've not been re-installed, but as you can see by picrell, they're STILL sending notifications. And they're locked in settings so I cannot disable them there. Any ideas on what to do next? Any app that works with Shizuku that lets me unlock locked settings?
