Probably not entirely, since Speciale is trained specifically to think a lot.
You could try prefilling <think> with some Speciale-like thinking voice (possibly even copying a suitably generic prefix from an actual Speciale reasoning trace), plus some statements that imply it will think longer (e.g have it say that it needs to thoroughly consider the character definitions, the current situation, what user wants, and plan/draft its response thoroughly).
You'll need to do a bit of trial and error, but I've at least heard of others managing to significantly impact DS 3.2 thinking with a prefill. I haven't had the time to do a ton of this myself yet, though.
