I am thinking of buying a new GPU, my budget is very low, 200€, and it seems like the best card I can find for that price is the RTX 3050 6GB, I keep hearing this is a horrible card for the price, both here and on other sites, but I genuinely cannot find anything better for this budget. I started playing this game called Nier: Automata recently and it runs at a locked 60 fps, it never drops, but it doesn't feel "smooth", I don’t know how to explain but despite being 60 fps it looks like 30 or so sometimes. My GPU and my CPU are strong enough to run this game flawlessly at 1080p (9060XT+5700X3D), anyone knows what might be causing this? Could it be a GPU/CPU/Drivers issue?
