>>107658957>>107658961Thank you anons. I don't want the monitor to be too big so something like 27-32 would be ideal. I'm sitting close to the PC so a TV would be uncomfortable. Though maybe even 32 would be too big?

>>107658949In the spirit of Christmas, would anyone be able to gift me a Newegg giftcard? I'm trying to get a powercolor hellhound 9070xt. any amount helps.
So now that Nvidia has gone delulu with their pricing (and AMD is copying them but shaving 50-100$) is it good idea to use Intel arc? I heard the drivers are much better now.

Well my keyboard died just now(corsair k95 rgb platinum), on the bright side I can get a similar replacement for way cheaper nowadays(corsair k70 rgb pro). But while im at it I wanna upgrade my gpu, ive been running a evga 1070ftw with my i7 7700k since I built this pc in 2017, and as I only really play league of legends there hasnt been too much issue getting along with this. But since this past year idk if riot upgraded something but my system has trouble having me play and watching yt videos on my second monitor. So I wanna know what gpu I can get to "modernize" my pc. Have around $250 budget for the gpu.
>>107659217Used 2080 series.
recommend me an anti gpu sag bracket for my build plsI wanted to use a figurine but it's hard to find one that is small enough and doesn't block the fans.
>>107659232Cut the head off that doll in the background and use that.
>>107658986>maybe even 32would be perfect, after many years and many monitors I find this to be the ideal size for daily use, and a quality 32" 4k monitor will look good when you feed it 1440 too>but to get a good IPS 32" 4k you have to spend money - low cost = low quality>if you can swing a good quality OLED your eyes will be happy>avoid VA and using a TV as a monitor, both retarded
>>107659232Your GPU came with an anti-sag bracket. Fucking use it, retard.
>>107659231Any specific brand that would be ideal? And would ti/standard version matter?
>>107659217You won't get anything worthwhile for 250$ unless it's some used card from an indian bitcoin mining operation from 5 years ago.
>>1076592391. it was expensive2. it still wouldn't fit>>107659245but it looks horrendous.
>>107659251Founders edition, ti, if you can find one. It should be in your range, preferably local

>>107659269It's the safest way to support your GPU. The microvibrations on that fan will eventually loosen that screw holding your GPU.But it's up to you. If you have the money to replace your GPU when it eventually breaks then keep using it.
wireless mouse reccs please bros
>>107659241Thank you anon. I'm actually highly considering pic related as it's within my budget, there's a small sale (-100$ off) and I got a gift card for 50$ from Samsung this month since it was my birthday. It's looking like the best deal out there right now.I'm kind of on the fence about the Silver frame. Maybe it's distracting? Always had black monitors.
>>107659217>Have around $250 budget for the gpu.You need $500 to play at the gpu table these days
>>107659289buy the one that's on sale at your local retailer
The gpu I bought dropped in price, it's now £25 less than what I bought it for The ram I bought dropped in price, it's now only £325 more expensive than what I bought it for
Thoughts? Still undecided between the Flux Pro and Meshify 3 XL as the latter is a lot longer but still barely leaves room for the psu but I hate the mesh at the bottom for some reason.https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/VR3fYd
>>107659324just buy 64gb at that point
>>107659319I think RAM prices will go up next year and then start going down ion 2027 unless something happens to fuck prices again. Nvidia announced that they will stop production of some of their cards and lower the production of others due to shortages and those will continue.
>>107659292you won't notice the silver border>just do it, i think you will be pleased, can always return it if you don't like it
Just bought some RAM from an ebay user with 0 feedback. Seemed legit though since it wasnt a stock image. Any ways to tell if I got scammed once I get it? Only thing I can think of is to compare HWiNFO reports since I already have identical RAM installed.

>>107658949The 1000W gold PSU I inherited is rated B- on the 9/17 PSU tier list. Should I be worried using it with my 9800X3D and 5080 or is it fine?
>>107659334I already had this ram from when it was cheaper. Sounds retarded when I’m already paying the nvidia jews but the ram jews can get fucked. I can live with 32.
>>107659413Well maybe they should try writing and reading every cell without the old sticks in the system
>>107659435As long as it's not one of those things that blows up, then yeah. Those ratings are pretty arbitrary and they test PSUs on the extreme side of things. They never test for practical home usage. A B- is still a good PSU.
What GPU Riser should I get?
I have 32gb 3600 ddr4 ram just sitting in my closet from my last build, I should just sell it right?
>>107659485Yes. I think ddr4 is at peak price. ddr5 on the other hand is still unknown.
>>107659485ill give you 12 bucks for it`
>>107659497>I think ddr4 is at peak priceI thought RAM prices were just gonna keep going up since all these shitty companies are buying them out and manufacturers are pivoting?
I wish One Thousand Curses upon Samuel Harris Altman
>>107659550ddr4 is old and demand is set since nothing new uses it. ddr5 is still in current use making the demand far higher.
