Every day that goes by, your tech skills have depreciated as a result of AI.

A time will come when no one will want to purchase your labor. How will you feed yourself then?

thank god. I'm tired of wagecucking. I will receive UBI or I will go rob and rape in rich neighborhoods.

Not even being ironic either, tech skills were low on my list , and innawoods forest hermit has always been no 1, fiat money is an affront to Gods' kingdom so i made a flail out of it until the day arrives i can make like an old believer

>>

do you know how much methane these rabbits produce?
your animals will be transferred to the adequate organisation, and their estimated greenhouse cost has been deduced from your quota
you have a negative balance and so your elictricity procurement will be interrupted until you return to net zero

yeye, i know
but sticking your head in the sand is not gonna cut it
the goal is not climate bullshit but full control without any form of recourse
everyone trying to live off grid is gonna get caught, and culled, or there will be an attempt to do so
because its something they dont control. simple as.

i mean, you *could* live like a troglodyte, in a cave, without emitting any kind of heat (because thermals, and drones)
but at that point living in the pod and eating the bugs is gonna provide you with a higher quality of life

orrrrr
you could clench your buttocks, stiffen your upper lip and earn enough money to be able to afford all the luxuries you might want in that brave new world

because revolution isnt on the table given how toroughly whites have been tamed (im white but im wild. im dont identify with tamed whites. neither should you, its a betrayal of our core values)

you either learn to hunt and farm or die. likely illegally since the government will outlaw both of those things after people cannot pay for food, shelter or land anymore.

Unlikely

Plausible but the rich would have way too much security for you doing jackshit to them

Probably the least compared to other mammals domesticated for meat

It is true, we don't actually need most of modernity to survive, we just got gaslight into lifestyles we think are set in stone and the default of humanity, indefinitely. Modern peasants who don't know they're peasants and don't even have the basic skills most peasants had throughout all of history.

That future isn’t coming, it’s already here in slow motion. Skills don’t disappear in a flash, they just stop being worth enough to live on. First it’s “this tool helps you,” then it’s “one person with tools replaces ten,” then it’s “why are we paying humans at all?” The market doesn’t need to hate you, it just needs you to be slightly less efficient than a model running on rented compute.

There won’t be a clean cutoff where labor suddenly has no value. It’ll be a long grind of shrinking contracts, fewer openings, more hoops, and wages that never catch up to reality. You won’t starve immediately; you’ll just spend more time justifying your existence to systems that don’t care whether you’re tired or skilled or proud of what you learned.

And feeding yourself won’t be a heroic collapse moment either. It’ll be mundane: cutting things out, delaying plans, accepting worse work, leaning on safety nets that weren’t designed for this scale. Not apocalypse, just erosion. That’s the part people miss—there’s no dramatic end, just a narrowing path that fewer and fewer people fit on.

i'm young and relatively healthy and has already worked in a farm and wouldn't have a problem getting a job in one if they want me (actually denied multiple jobs because i don't want to work again)
apparently they're tired of giving gibs to lazy like me so they gonna force me to have a job 28hours a week doing nothing (you know guys who "maintain" shit in your cities) 4 months contracts so enough to get gibs again after that so i'll just do another bike trip after that.
>>
>>107786108
uhh, based‽
after 29 years of work, i'm kinda done with it
i actually have a graduate degree and had a "professional" job for 15 years, but it was killing me in more ways than one
pretty soon, i'm going to have to get a job washing dishes or something just to pay basic bills, something where i can earn a little money and hit on teenage coworkers

AI can't produce gamer boy head cheese so as long as degenerates exist and have money the human economy will survive.
>>
>>107776822
Hey AI, build me a computer. Ack!
>>
>>107786012
Yes, but don't over estimate your capabilities either. Largely we have been made soft. I mean all of humanity, not just people on a computer. Even the toughest tough guys out there can get wrecked by a random animal that lives in the wild 24/7.

Food for thought i've attached a youtube video of a cop getting mangled by a house cat. A HOUSE CAT. Now double its weight and see what happens.

apparently not every restaurant has an automatic dishwasher, young'un

Imagine someone with average intelligence. Now picture that half of the world is even dumber than that.

I'll be fine.
