I wear these fucking things because, even though they're dog shit, they're the only fucking things I've ever found that my autistic ass can tolerate wearing for extended periods. I hate buds. When the band goes over the top of my head it digs in. I want something better quality but I can't compromise much on the form factor. What options do I realistically have?

My only qualm is that the microphone is garbage and the touch control panel is really annoying. Although i was able to disable that in the app. Also, i wear glasses and find that while wearing them the headphones cause the band to dig into my head uncomfortably, altho this is less prevalent on my xm4’s, something more glasses comptaible would be nice. Previously I had a pair of airpods (one of the earliest gens) i have a weird ear shape so theyd fall out sometimes but overall they were okay. I didnt like how quickly the battery died though + the audio quality was lowk ass + they had no noise cancelling and the audio leaked on occasion. If anyone can help it’d be greatly appreciated!!
