I just traded in a bunch of crap and got a legion go for £30, think its the smallest modern windows tablet you can buy, 8.8 inches, and the controllers are pretty ok, its a chonky boi and reasonably powerful
I've been wanting to get my hands on an old iPod classic and gut it out and replace all the internals
