One thing I've noticed with pairing a ~350w GPU with a ryzen 7000 series CPU (which run hot as fuck already) in a mATX mobo is that the back plate gets super hot and its like an inch below my thermalright phantom spirit which despite being dual tower, still can't keep my CPU below 70C sometimes at like 40% load so it becomes loud. I wonder if I can get a riser to move the GPU to another part of the case or maybe I should just go for water cooling on the CPU. Or both water cooling and upgrading to an RTX 50 series which will run quiet and cooler.

Latest game I'm playing is Endfield and it mostly runs fine at near max but it stutters sometimes when I load in and it has fps drops during battle.I assume this is a cpu issue and I do want more ram too so I've been thinking about buying another 32gb of dd4 ram and upgrading to the 14400. Is this my best course of action?
