Initially, I wanted an OLED monitor because I love this technology ever since discovering it on smartphone screens. After researching WOLED and QD-OLED, I narrowed it down to the AOC Q27G4ZD or the Asus ROG Strix OLED XG27AQWMG. However, I feel like I'm playing Russian roulette with burn-in, fringing, vertical banding, issues with the matte coating, VRR flicker, and a short lifespan.
