I'm looking for a new primary monitor. It MUST be available on this website - buying through a corporate account at an increased discount before EOFY, after which apparently there's going to be a significant price rise across the board. I have to order within 2 days.https://www.pbtech.co.nz/category/peripherals/monitorsPC specs in pic related. I'd like to have minimum 27" 1440p. I have a preference for IPS because I'm wary of OLED burn in and believe that it's a nice middle ground for my use case.Use case is photography editing (lightroom, photoshop) and gaming. I don't play many competitive games anymore but would still like high refresh rate for when I do play TF2 or Battlefield or something. I don't believe I do anything HDR related. This seems to be the only one that stands out but there's little information about it and I kind of get the impression it's a budget model or has other issues like low build quality or something.https://www.pbtech.co.nz/product/MONAS64261/ASUS-ROG-Strix-XG27ACMES-W-27-QHD-255Hz-OC-Fast-IP

Friendly reminder that "prebuilts costing more money than individual parts" is actually an anomaly in general. Yes there's the service fee for putting things together and a guarantee of it working, but that is always going to be offset by the price savings of the builder buying components in bulk. Selling individual components is always an opportunity to mark up.

>>108485260so you made it slower
>>108485310No I'm about +20-60mhz above the factory overclock boost clocks but at 60-70w less power. In crimson desert I get 2835mhz at 215-220w at stock factory curve. UV/OC is 2857mhz at 155-160w. Performance is roughly the same or better. I have another profile which boosts to 3105-3150mhz at 202-204w for ~5 fps more but it's not worth it in this game so I use the first profile I mentioned earlier. In games like BF6 the aggressive UV/OC nets me about +10 fps.

>>108491625You're completely ignoring major parts of the supply chain. Sure ai companies are going to continue to buy whatever ram there is at whatever price is set, but the consumer market is dropping to zero real soon.
