If you're not capable of effectively communicating with the common man, then you'll always be shit at business dealings. Elon is an outlier in all regards though. You can try to shit on him for doing or saying dumb things from time to time, but he is more capable than most people on the planet and he certainly knows more about tech/science than your average CEO.
