A dude I was talking to said he always calls the company after submitting an application (if he's actually interested in the job), which shows he's interested, not just some dude or bot spamming applications everywhere, and makes it very likely for him to get an interview. For many jobs where I should be getting interviews, I don't get the interviews. I get some interviews but ultimately always fall short; the farthest I've reached is a final stage in-person interview. I fear that I am screwed. How screwed am I? I've been filtered out of all the "New Grad" roles.
