So I can't build trusted cookies anymore. I've been posting on and off all week and it still isn't giving me easy captcha, anyone else?
Sadly my site cookies appear to have become _untrustworthy_ after a recent update to the latest release a week ago, so now Ive needed to wait 60seconds and solve the "hard" captcha every single time for a week. Not sure if it's actually related to the KEx update, or just a coincidence.Just needed to rant about it cuz it's really pissing me off and making me appreciate other alt chans more.

I don't know if it was the update exactly because while I was up to date and lost my cookies on my tablet, I was lazy and hadn't updated on my phone and the cookies there were fine. Until I copied them to my tablet and they became untrusted on both devices. I'm debating on downgrading, not sure which version to use though.

I literally can only post from my Firefox because any other untrusted browser gets the fucking IP range ban issue. FUCK this is annoying. Can we please fix it?

Someone should open a PR with K1 on github about the cookies expiring thing to make sure it isn't the actual app causing it. Seems like it could be the app itself, my cookies on Firefox have been fine.

On nuclover was able to post natively with no email verification on 5g but once I switched back to my local network, I got errors again. So, Outlook seemed to be the only viable option for a throwaway because it didnt nag me for a phone number or email immediately (but it eventually did) and I was able to verify without using my personal email before that occurred. Then the verification email link has to be used on the same device it was requested on or it might bug out. This is so annoying, I really don't want to have to verify my email but the only way I can post without getting a range ban error is from my Firefox with trusted cookies, even if I post from a private window with no cookies I get the error, even when I switch from wifi to my mobile hotspot. Why did it get so aggressive all of a sudden?

Previously it only took a handful of posts and like three days for it to trust you, or at least that used to be the case. Now Iliterally can't post from anything untrusted without verifying my email, even when switching IPs, it's really frustrating.

>>108748935The real weird thing about it is that it seems to fuck up your entire IP reputation at least to the device level. I remember when Kuroba first had these weird IP rangeban issues when it first came back months ago, the rangebans were always "fake" and limited to the app itself, but the ones that started popping up last week actually seem to make it so you can't post on regular browsers, and it can even stop you from posting with mobile internet if you don't clear cookies on whichever browser you're using
