Hey everyone, I’m having some issues with my computer’s memory and could really use some advice. My specs arr a Ryzen 7 5800X, 32GB of Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 RAM (3200 MHz), an RTX 2070 Super, Samsung 970 Evo NVMe SSD, and an MSI B550 Tomahawk motherboard. Lately, I’ve been experiencing frequent crashes and blue screens, and Task Manager shows my memory usage spiking randomly even when I’m not doing anything intensive. I’ve run MemTest86, and it’s coming up clean, so I’m not sure if it’s a faulty stick or something else. I've never dealt with sone something like this so any tips on troubleshooting or fixes would be greatly appreciated!

I saw the PSU guide and based on it the seasonic noctua seems to be pretty good. Seasonic releases a PSU later this year with some melt guard but no further information so not sure if I should wait. Are the GaN MOSFET in some high end ASUS PSU just some meme or are they actually good? Also MSI has a new PSU that seems to have a current detection as well but since it's new I doubt there are any reviews which would also be an option

Looking at Nvidia now the RX 9070 XT is still the best value for me. The RTX 5070 TI is too marginal to warrant the price and the 5080 is double the price which wouldn't make sense either. If I was on Windows and the 5080 was at MSRP I would have gone with that but that's not the world we live in.

I think the only other thing beside motherboard that can brick the computer to a point where you can't get a display but also won't get any debug codes from the motherboard is the GPU.
