By the way, most of the time it won't just cut the framerate in half. That's just the average. What is actually happening is that the game is stuttering horribly, like it's frozen for a second, so pretty much unplayable.

1. I don't have that much money left but some anon said you shouldn't cheap out on psu, case and the cpu cooler. Is it really that big of a deal?
I honestly cannot tell the difference between good and bad. But at least on prime day I can get a 750w psu and a atx case for about 100€ in total and some cheap cooler for 20€. I just wonder if cheapskating like this would bite me in the ass in the future because I have zero experience with all of this.
2. I've got a spare m.2 2280 psie 4 512gb from my old mini pc which has w11 and all of my personal data installed. I assume I can't just plug it into the mobo and be good to go, right? What I should do with it?

Aside from that I'd be buying 2x8gb ddr5 second hand and one of those intel gpus for 200€. If I'm not mistaken it should all be about 800€ in total, which isn't bad for a am5 build right?
I always heard about how am5 is barely worth it unless you have a lot of koney, but it seems aside from the ram sticks there isn't really noticable price difference to am4.

Yeah you actually can, just set up the boot priority on your motherboard BIOS.

Funny to see my open air build in the OP, i did this initially after replacing my 10 year old PSU but later that same day i decided to use my new cheapo and tiny silence focused case, with questionable cooling. But i run my stuff so undervolted and underclocked it has been no issue at all, infact i don't think temps really increased at all. The loudest part of my system were the HDDs and it was driving me nuts, and i've gotten to a stage where i just want to configure my PC and stick it under my desk and forget about it, so that's what i did. Are these $80 gayming chairs actually worth the asking price? This feels rather comfortable, heavy, and breathable compared to my light, creaky faux leather IKEA chair and fits my back shape well.

maybe they make outdoor scenes hurt your eyes, or explosions.
OLEDs can have like 1k nits 2% brightness that goes down to 200 nits at full white and youd prefer the minimum for full screen shit to be high enough that you dont notice it in real content. for desktop its different since white webpages look horrid and you Want brightness to be capped.

The new panel guarantees 300 nits max brightness at a 100% APL compared to the older panel's 250 nits and in regular use, it runs much cooler than the old panel which can be felt as less radiated heat when I move my hands close to the panel
It should theoretically help reduce burn in drastically too since burn in is accelerated by high temps
