Draw it by hand in Illustrator

Like prev poster said, do it by hand. There is no shortcut if you want it to look somewhat decent. Sure you can use the fisheye text feature, but it WILL look shit.

Just google how to make a basic circle grid and draw the letters in using that. It's super easy once you use a grid.
