Whats your best alternative to subscription based (((photoshop)))Is Gimp any good?
>>457214alternative for doing what?! for having the whole photoshop experience? - no!for doing pixelart? - yes!for painting digitally? - yes!for doing small color corrections and similar touchups in your holiday photos? - yes!for working with teams in a whole professional pipeline - no!like. bruh. what even is your question...gimp sucks. and still it is totally fine for dabbling into photo manipulation. you could recreate a whole professionally made image/design by handpainting it pixel by pixel. every program allows you to do that. and still it is not what you are planning to do with it. the more sophisticated a tool or step, the less likely it is for cheaper alternatives to be able and keep up with the current top of the game. obviously. lazy fuck.
