Welding company named ingenia soldadura which means ingenuity welding. I look at it and it does not fully convince me, I thinks the concept works for the company but the symmetry i think its not right. Need advice please.

Typically in Spanish business names the service or product or business category comes first and the modifier is last-

Same with families, it's "familia Rodriguez", not the other way around.
"MIG welding" in Spanish is "soldadura MIG" so your syntaxe is reversed.

Besides that, if you invert the graphic so that the spark-y light shape is white and illuminates the helmet and appears to reflect off the lens it makes more sense as welding.

Picrel is one way you could unify it and make it into an actual mark or stamp.
