I would like to use a seamless tileable image as the background for a website. What are some good options to choose from?
Pic related is the type of thing I'm looking for, it's the background from YTMND.

Give more context, please.
I would recommend you looking for tiles from early 2000s sites because I simply love them, but i mean, i don't know where you want to use them.

I would look for patterns and work from there. Freepik and creative cloud library are good to start. Take a look on the regulations of how to use them in your site so you do not get a surprise fee. If you like one a lot some pattern, you can search the author and negotiate with him directly, usually it is better if it is not for a business.
>>
make them in Illustrator

it has a pattern editor and you can define global Color or Gradient swatches and global Pattern swatches using these Color or Gradient swatches, which then auto update the applied Pattern on some shape as you edit any of those swatches

Try heropatterns

What kind of context would you like? This is for a web service I'm building, aiming for a mid-2000s/Web 1.0 feel.

Sounds like a good option but is outside of my familiarity at the moment.

This hits the nail on the head. Gonna give it a go with different colors/patterns to see if it can evoke the Web 1.0 feel.

Thanks for the help, anons. Feel free to post your favorite tileable backgrounds.
