I would like to use a seamless tileable image as the background for a website. What are some good options to choose from? Pic related is the type of thing I'm looking for, it's the background from YTMND.

Freepik and creative cloud library are good to start. Take a look on the regulations of how to use them in your site so you do not get a surprise fee. If you like one a lot some pattern, you can search the author and negotiate with him directly, usually it is better if it is not for a business.
