Presuming blender you have to make the model, clothe/hair the model, rig the model, uv paint the model, set up inverse kinematics, texture the model like 3 different ways so it doesn't look like shit, make the whole scene and the lighting for it, then animate every thrust painstakingly over many hours. I have never finished a project I am comfortable sharing, it takes a special skill to make 3d fucking look good.
