AMD guy here again. I followed all the steps to get Comfyui and ZLUDA running, but when I try to do the last install step, I get an error (pic related)."The code execution cannot proceed because F:\ComfyUI-Zluda\zluda\nccl.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."I've tried this via the cmd and by clicking the batch file directly and both give the same error. I've deleted the folder and tried again and it's still missing. I've looked over the git hub link and can't see any reason why it would be missing this one file. You could technically use LTX2 (not 2.3 of course) on a 8gb but it will be pretty poor and only 240p - however you will get the audio and lip synching so maybe of use for janky memes. I tried LTX2 on my other PC that has a 2070. So really something like Wan2.2 is OK on a 8gb from the 20 series cards upwards. 10 series are too old and even if say a 1080ti wit h11gb is a faster card with more VRAM it just won't work due to them not developing tensors for it to work. As for ADM cards then that is more a question for someone else to answer.

The accelerator Lora's for 2.2 also make 8gb cards much faster than they were. It is tho about efficiency, you are using maybe more power (electricity) for something and it is taking longer. But if you don't mind leaving a PC to gen in the background especially overnight then you will find enough gens have been done. I think as some with really fast cards and using LTX2 are pumping out better quality in a fraction of the time then people using older slower cards will see it as a downer. That is tech for you tho.
