I added just enough to allow better composition and lora support, at least for well trained characters. DPO lora helps. Backgrounds kind of got nuked. I use Worldly XL to restore some of them but they require a lot of prompting for something decent that is barely comparable with an 'outdoors, forest' on animagine.

>>7955980From my limited experience so far with 15 iterations of the same character LoRA (pic related), my recommendations:I prefer to avoid multiple characters. If possible I crop them or just skip that picture. I'm using 50 pictures in total (25 main outfit, 25 an alternate one), so you don't need that many. Pick quality over quantity, use pictures where the outfit and accessories are as similar as possible. If the skirt is black in most of the pictures but in one picture it's red, that might screw up things a bit so you're better off discarding that picture.Use pictures where it's clear what's going on, avoid complex backgrounds where it's hard to tell the character from background, as they might show up randomly in your gens.Use danbooru tags to describe what the character is wearing (black skirt, white thighhighs), what is it doing (standing, looking at viewer, v over eye, skirt lift, smile) and from which angle (cowboy shot, dutch angle). Use the auto tagger to do this first and then clean up manually, adding stuff it may have missed and removing unnecessary tags. If you want the character to always have blue eyes, don't tag it. If you want the clothes to be removable/switched for other outfits, tag each piece using the most descriptive tag. For example, if the character is wearing a white kimono, I'll only leave the "white kimono" tag while removing "kimono".

Can someone help me out real quick please. I'm starting to learn how to use XL models. Several months back, at first, I was just giving it the same prompt I was using for my 1.5 models to compare and they always turned out terrible. Now I'm learning that that doesn't really work because I need certain key words to direct it towards an anime style. Ok, so I tried putting in score_9 this and zPDXL that. Still turned out terrible. Next, I tried outright copying the prompt in preview images that I thought were good and they turned out decent, but as soon as I change minor details like change out the girl for a different girl or change out the setting, the image warps into an entirely different style. Can someone tell me what I'm missing please?
