Having a bad effect occurring on final rendered videos. Its observable in my euphoria HMVS and my dojo remake. There's a weird pause anytime Sapphire Tools FX are used but only in the final video render and I cannot seem to figure out the problem.

Hardware acceleration on both sapphire fx and vegas don't seem to affect the outcome. Rendering to a different drive, matching file output with sources and changing the ini of Sapphire FX to not use GPU all didn't work. I might just have to install a newer version and re-install everything.

In many ways, this sums up the problem.

Though you should indeed learn CMD a tiny bit so you can use ffmpeg. It's not all that hard either.
Ideally render out of your editor at prores (or extreme bitrates) and then compress with ffmpeg afterwards.
All you need to do is put ffmpeg.exe and video in same location, then in the explorer window you type in search bar "cmd" to open cmd at that directory, then use a line like this:
ffmpeg -i input.mov -crf 15 -c:a copy -preset veryslow -pix_fmt yuv420p10le -refs 1 output.mp4
You can copy that entire thing, just change the input and output filenames to match.
Alternatively, I could just give you a batch script that processes everything in a folder.
-c:a copy depends on how your editor handles prores format. It might render audio in a lossless format which would waste space. If it does, replace -c:a copy with -b:a 256k
