Mine: Both TABA and RPGX have a lot of fellatio scenes and of varying quality. So narrowing down a favorite can be pretty tricky. But if I had to pick one for TABA specifically I would probably narrow it down to the Ririko scene where she was captured and missing and after some time she was found sucking cock in an alley having become Demonized. I for the life of me can't figure out why something in the story section of the viewer always seems to break when I update things. First its something like the button won't work I have dealt with that at least The newest version of the index has the buttons working. Now its this where the banners for some events are not showing.

It shouldn't be the scripts since I update with the patches. And even if the scripts are the same they are the same so nothing should be different with it. I swear these update problems make me feel less computer savy than I am.

You need to move and rename the banners (removing the "_eng" in their filename) or if you don't have them extract this into "Story/banner/"

yes that's what the links are for. The TABA and RPGX viewer will have all the scenes from the gacha games for free well Free + the space you are willing to give up for the viewers I recommend a flashdrive personally.

The RPGX viewer can play TABA h-scenes if you go through the trouble of making a folder for it in the RPGX viewer not sure about story though. Its convenient for having them all in one place.

That is actually a good question. I will reply both questions at same time by saying no. No to being able to resize the screen, more specifically the game's content. Why? Because the game's engine DEMANDS you to allocate the objects at a fixed position, KiriKiri 2 (and I think that KiriKiri Z natively does not support it, only through some plugins? If I knew japanese I could confirm what Milk Factory uses) is so outdated that it doesn't support resizing content no matter what.
That is why most games feature specific resolutions, because the devs have to take into account this limitation.
And thus, if you can't resize the content, why put the game in borderless screen? Does it really accomplish anything? Technically speaking, maybe you could force the application to do that, but I'm pretty sure that would be done outside of KiriKiri's logic, but I could look into it ig?

TLDR: just port the game to Ren'Py or another engine, because it's the only feasable solution sadly due to KiriKiri 2 being a really old engine (if someone knows how to program in Ren'Py, a script could easily consume the entire game's script, and then just manually port the rest of the content).

Orcifying Asagi has been a low-key well known fetish touched on every now and then for awhile now. Its pretty hot I think, It touches on the same strings that "Corruption" and "Demonization" does, which happens in the series every now and then. But I would argue getting turned into an Orc is even sexier because they're being turned into something perceived as a dumb "reproduction monkey" as Taimanin's like to put it.

Demonization usually falls flat imo because they all become the same when turned, haughty, overpowered and arrogant. Kirara is the event freebie.
Yukikaze is from the gacha.
It's a gauge gacha which IIRC means you roll the gacha and fill a gauge by 5%, 10%, 20%, 30% 50%, or 100% to get the unit, with the lower values being more likely. Also these gacha are usually paid currency only costing 3000 DMM pts each.
They will almost definitely be Fuuma scenes but the previous Escelation Heroines collab had a bad end scene during the event itself and it sounds like this time there's going to be 2 scenes as a part of the event, so there might also be some non-Fuuma stuff.

So I've tried getting the translation tool to work, but it always ends up not responding.

Looking at the tutorial video, I'm pressing Alt + A, but deepl isn't going past the 70 lines, and most of the time both deepl or the tool don't populate any text. I've tried with both the app and site, but am getting the same issue. Hi everyone, i hope some of you could try out Kurenai's disk, which is fully translated.
I used the newest Whisper 3-large from openai, which is open source, and then used claude sonnet (api) to translate it. I think its quite good from what i have seen, and is not "censored" as usual translations are.
The real reason its good is because it is "localized", not in the bad way, but actually like a good eroge transaltor would transalte it in many ways. In order to use this, place the mp4 file into a folder, alongside the srt. then use the microsoft app "Microsoft Movies & TV" (should be on every pc) and then start the mp4. then go to the subtitle icon bottom left next to the speaker and select the srt. Would be nice to hear what some of you think about this method of translation and if it was good for you.

The Volume 1 Epilogue is technically chapter 73 in the game and since it doesn't seem to be in the in game library I'm just leaving it as "Chapter 73 - Epilogue" for now.
Also I'd have liked to make it so that you pressed the epilogue button to play it but I can guarantee it would break multiple things and be more effort than it's worth.

The difference in one-shot OC designs between the two gachas is pretty stark too. Many of the girls in TABA had heavy hitting designs that even if a banner didn't include any of the main girls, you would still be interested in the new girl's scenes. In RPGX, seeing a literal who is almost always a disappointment. They look generic or like more blobs.

There's several points to that:
TABA relied more heavily on a varied stable of artists/guest artists, and also focused on random one-offs from Lilith's previous franchises. So you had Nao doing his high-class MILFs, Butcha-u his slampigs, Mikoyan his muscle girls and so on, or you had the nostalgia hit of seeing girls from half-forgotten VNs getting new content (I must be the only Isuka fan in the world,mostly thanks to Sasayuki's excellent sequel manga).
RPGX has a bigger stable of OC characters, some of them unarguably managed to stick in the public perception despite gacha origins (Kirara, Maika and the like) and there's less need for striking designs, so the low-tier units can be disposable as usual for gacha standard. Doesn't help that the stable artists for low-tier units are absolutely bottom of the barrel.

RPGX still has plenty one-off OCs. There's been a fair bit of banners with mostly literal who's that anons here have turned their faces over. But like you said, it's greatly due to the artists churning out these who's not being great with designs, or having the best art styles. One important thing worth pointing out is how Lilith allowed its main artists (Kagami, Aoi, Zol, etc) at the time to design a bunch or one-shot girls too. We had Kagami himself creating them. Now it's pretty rare of him to do new girl's that aren't intended to he mainstays going forward.

While true, I think one big thing you're missing in that analysis too, is that TABA came right off the back of TA3 and was thus very similar to the VNs in quality and content. TABA feels like a true extension/continuation of the VNs. Whereas RPGX feels very vanilla and harem based, and is certainly aiming at a slightly different crowd. Its the High School version of TABA.
If I could use a bad Video Game analogy: If TABA was rated M, RPGX would be rated T maybe T+ at times.

That sums it up perfectly for RPGX at the beginning, though I'm not a fan of the analogy. When TABA started, they seemed to have quickly decided with the first year which girls would get a lot of story related play with Fuuma, and thus decided those girls would mostly or always get vanilla scenes. Not counting the reused TABA scenes, most of the launch content was with Fuuma and vanilla focused. The first year of releases was mostly that. TABA had an inconsistent story and version of Fuuma, but really gave itself freedom with sex scenes. RPGX has a far more consistent MC but played it routine with its sex scenes for its first year. It was only in its second and third year where we saw more experimenting with its scenes. We started getting NTR focused scenes back to back, adult Hebiko who is just a slut version of herself, etc. RPGX still has the problem where certain girls will rarely if ever get non-Fuuma content, but it has been gone back to form with more varied content.

The translator tool for RPGx was mostly fine. Most of the time it does a good job at conveying what is happening though it runs into some common issues. One of the big ones being mixing up gender and whether what is written is directed at one person or the other (for example, Rinko could be getting fucked and would have a line saying 'My dick is so deep inside' instead of 'Your dick is so deep inside')
The reason I use past tense though is because if I'm not mistaken, the patch anon had to make some adjustments to how scene scripts and translations are processed in the viewer. Which a lot of the time causes the tool to produce scripts that will often fall out of sync with what is happening in the scene, meaning it will show the wrong name for which character is speaking or voice lines will play for the wrong moments.
Before Extasy EoS'd there was a solid chunk of the early scenes translated for that, but still a good 500+ that missed out

There are definitely pro's and con's to both the old and new style. I liked Asagi's darker hair a lot more than the vibrant blue she has now. That said, Kagami draws his characters with a bit more thickness nowadays that I like more than the old style.

Altho lately he's been drawing them a little on the thin side so maybe he's experimenting with the old way again. As long as his changes aren't as drastic as Aoi's changes then I don't really mind the subtle changes he makes.

Her first scene in RPGX wasn't with Fuuma (forced titjob). Obui went incredibly hard on his Fuuma scene to be honest, with FIVE variations (two main CGs and three extra minor CG) but the colouring is incredibly off, it gives such a "glossy" and "cartoony" appearance. Hopefully we're back to the old standard, but knowing Lilith....

I have to agree, in her first scene the coloring of her skin appears matte and the lighting is broad without the bright highlights in later scenes. But I feel like that's more due to her first card being shaded like his toku fanart around the time she came out.
Another thing is facial features like her nose are now much smaller and less detailed while her pupils are larger which match his typical style that's also changed bit by bit over the years.
I would also like to note that her hair is no longer as wild as before, her bangs are round more like his Mai fanart or even a close to a bowl cut. Worse still her eyebrows aren't the massive triangles everyone knows and loves.

I find the color palette for her new armor interesting, it's spot on with the New Year's art Obui did so I guess he wanted to reuse it. And I wonder if those military ribbons have a real life source.

Different guy; I tried using the RPGX viewer (TABAScenes) Patch 20231225 v2 and Taimanin RPGX - Profile Viewer update from v20240829 to v20241031 on my directory file and it made my index just turn into a bunch of empty dropdown menus on a white screen. I could go either way between the Murasaki/TA3 era art and the ZERO+ era art. That said, I do feel there's been a drop off in CG quality over the last few years that's put the new style at a bit of a disadvantage. The designs are fine, they're just attached to not so great scenes.
