Because we got bored and we got all eternity. It is just a random generated world. Think about it. Without the limitations of our human perspective bound to a time and place, there is no such thing as ”discovery”, ”mystery” or even ”experience”. From god’s perspective, if he is all knowing and eternal, everything simply is. The only way to experience anything is to limit yourself to the mercy of true rng.
