Hitler believed that Germany's defeat in WWI, including things that Germany had deliberately caused (like the Russian Revolution, or their decision to shift to unrestricted submarine warfare against the United States) were the work of Jewish actors. This influenced every tactical and strategic decision he made, to often disastrous results. A more rational, WWI-style German government probably consolidates its gains after defeating France, aims for a negotiated (but favorable, obviously) peace with Britain, and preps for a potential war with the USSR, 1v1. It probably does a lot better too. At worst, forces some kind of stalemate, at best, wins.
