Hello, /his/!
I've been reading through The Once and Future King recently, and it's pretty great. It has got me thinking about English history however, specifically in regards to the Anglo-Saxon migrations during the Late Antiquity and early Post-Classical period.
I'd like to learn more about them, and perhaps the Germanic tribes in general from that time period. Any good books or documentaries to start with on the subject? Anything with a decent broad overview or launching point would be good.
Thanks in advance!

Begin with Cheddar Man the Father of all England.
