Ozzy Spengy talks about this. It's the flat plabe of the Eurasian steppe.

No idea but if I had to guess probably something to do with interlocking courtyards and webs of buildings, or conversely something similar to the Russian army cathedral and similar things. Probably does not exist yet, though. What this >>16891056 anon posted may be of assistance.

I think Chernikov captured the form and the grandeur, the only thing missing from the sketches is the airiness and spirit of lightness that exudes from new Russian style.

In some cases it resembles 40k in a way that is more Soviet than Imperial or Federation Russia, but I could see it used principally in certain locations where the spirit of pragmatic looks and construction prevail.

The monuments somewhat blend in with the functional structures but are marked by spires, grand staircases, and other such additional iconic features.
