In some cases it resembles 40k in a way that is more Soviet than Imperial or Federation Russia, but I could see it used principally in certain locations where the spirit of pragmatic looks and construction prevail.
The monuments somewhat blend in with the functional structures but are marked by spires, grand staircases, and other such additional iconic features.
