I'd say brown hair is more generally a Caucasian trait rather than specifically European, though I agree it's much more common among Europeans than other Caucasian groups

Even in the pic you provided there's some men (cause men dye their hair less) with hair that isn't black. Brown hair can be found in any population. If you mean light brown hair it's true that it is less common outside of Europe, but there's still some people with light brown hair in places like the Middle East.
