Hitler's highest priority was protecting all the Germans that after WWI ended in foreign countries' borders and juristictions. Had he approached the issue pragmatically, he would focus on the main goal - destroying the USSR, and he would try to achieve his other goals silently, under the chaos resulting from fighting the Soviets.He could sway Poland to join his side by promissing them either a lot of land (maybe even the whole part that they lost during the partitions), or by giving something else - political guarantees, transfer of technology, etc. And when push comes to shove, depending on how thins play out, he could go full Machiavelli and betray Poland, or be loyal and divide the spoils between them. Other thing he should've done is doing everything in his power to convince Japan to join the fight against the USSR. Give them all the tech they need - tanks, planes, syhthetic oil production, etc. Contrary to popular belief, attacking Russia was relatively popular in Japan (Hokushin-ron). Given all the circumstances - an alliance with Germany, Poland, and possibly Italy, and the lack of prospect of attacking the US directly, would've swayed Japan onto Hitler's side. It's unlikely that the UK would declare war onto Germany - what would be the reason? Protecting the Soviet Union? I'm pretty sure their chimpouts were known in the UK at that time, there's no way the public would go along with it.

They were chimping out since their unification. There was nothing extraordinary about what happened in the 1930s. After Sedan they basically convinced themselves they are the master race and deserve to rule most of Europe.

They're just a burden these days and electric still has lots of room to improve, while ICE is reliable, but about as good as its ever gonna get in terms of efficiency.
