Why do Maoris have straight hair and European features if they have nothing to do with Europeans while Arabs who are Caucasian and closely related to whites have curly afros, nappy hair and thick lips like blacks? Think of someone like Mohamed Salah who looks black despite being more closely related to whites than a Maori who has nothing to do with whites yet the Maori appears as a darker skinned European.
Modern Maoris are very mixed. I think most of them even carry European Y-DNA.
