If the Christian god is so loving then why doesn't the bible tell you how to cure cancer and other "uncurable" diseases?

It's a book about morals and law not medicine and science.

Remember when he sent a bear to kill kids for laughing at a bald man

Isaiah 45:7
>I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the Lord do all these things.

I swear most of /his/ doesn't even bother reading the source material they post about.

The bible: you get cancer because you sinned, now die please.
Ojibwe medicine man: you get cancer-curing herbs

The "evil" mentioned is better understood as calamity or judgment rather than moral wrongdoing.

Moral wrongdoing results in calamity so its really one and the same.

More important why do Bible says nothing about guns or credit cards?
Why can't omnipotent omniscience God predict future and give moral guidance for these future concepts? It would absolute proof of God's existence.
But God only talks about things Jewish shepherds of the year 100 BC knew. Why is that?

It wouldn't be proof at all because everyone would just assume the followers of said religion would eventually at least try to make the things he described so it's not retrocasuality but straight up causality.
>>
>>17279770
He wants us to do our part. Ultimately disease is temporary, and only the eternal is important, which is what the Bible equips us for.
>>

>medicine and science.
It has both though and it's not impressive
>>

This would be testament of superior genius. Instead of the testament of the shepherd.

you just have to pray like really really hard
