If a Sunni Muslim in Indonesia murders someone, a Sunni Muslim from as far away as Turkey will make an excuse for him. If a Sunni Muslim kills in Morocco, a Sunni Muslim from Britain will make excuses for him or simply ignore his crimes and never mention them. It's not befitting of a Sunni Muslim to mention the sins and faults of his fellow Sunni Muslim. This is known and understood by all Sunni Muslims. There is an underlying loyalty there. This is why Muslims are often accused by critics of "not condemning ISIS" or "not doing enough to condemn terrorism." Muslims may disagree with the actions of the terrorists, but they remain silent and simply ignore it rather than trashing the criminal terrorist Muslims, who are still their brothers.By contrast, we find American Christians calling for the deportation and persecution of Hispanic and Haitian Christians who are seen as animals and worthless trash. The commonality of a love of Jesus is never mentioned or used as an excuse when an illegal migrant slaughters in America. You will not find Christians saying, "He's our brother in faith; ask Jesus to forgive him; don't broadcast his crimes." We do not find the kind of excuse-making for fellow believers among Christians that we find among Sunni Muslims.

But they WILL do that for things like Christian minorities in the Middle East, they just don't do it within Christian countries just as Muslims don't do it within Muslim countries. "ignore his crimes and never mention them" is in fact not how Muslims treat each other within their own context, especially concerning migrants like Pakis.
