This book genuinely, unironically, without joking at all, reads like a manga. It's unlike any other religious text. The descriptions of the one true lord sound like goku talking about going super saiyan plus ultra.
Sounds awesome, and the more likely takeaway is that manga(ie Asian literature) is strongly influenced by Hinduism

Hinduism is the Greek pagan religion of the East, where it's responsible for a lot of the philosophy, science, ethics, and humanities of the region but is also pretty far removed from what most people believe today. Buddhism ends up being their Stoicism or Christianity, in that it's the driving force of the state and their modern morality.
