True communism has never been tried.
>>
True communism as defined by Marx is unachievable which makes it a failed ideology
>>
>>17436333
Tried? Oh, it was tried so many times

No country has claimed to achieve communism. However, socialism has been achieved, and it was glorious.
>>

Technically true. Perhaps there's a reason for this?
>>
>>17436503
Because everything Marx wrote regarding communism was just his delusions without much to be grounded on, so whenever someone actually tried to make them a reality they had to improvise and/or compromise: in both cases it created dysfunctional societies that either collapsed (the USSR, the Eastern bloc, Yugoslavia) or returned to free market to a varying degree (China, Cuba, North Korea)
>>
>>17436333
Ackshually the apostlrs did it in Acts.
>>
>>17436489
It's not only achievable but inevitable.

>>17436497
sweet :)

>>17436540
The theory is quite clear!

Two decades more comrade!
>>
Marx failed to predict a few things that would allow capitalism to linger on longer than he thought. First the Keyeneian welfare state to placate the proles, then after the literal gas ran out of that, the absolute masterclass PR victory in installing false-consciousness they pulled off with early neoliberalism in the 80's and staving off that pesky declining rate of profit through offshoring to the third world and state-subsidized finance capitalism. That ticking clock is till running though and there's no room left to keep kicking the can down the road.
>>
"True communism" isn't even good
>>
>>17437349
"Fake communism" was still better than the neoliberalism that took over the west and oligarchical thugocracy that dominates the former soviet states after the fall of the USSR
>>
Gotta love this thread no one can quote the most famous political manual since the prince

Nah at the end of the day keynesian policies was undercover communism and modern states even the the modern feudalist ones can't live without them

Tell me again how your police department is state paid and not a force made of feudal lords and vassals
>>
>>17437405
>Nah
>undercover communism
>modern feudalist
>>
>>17436333
Only teenagers believe in communism, than they grow up and understand that is an huge bullshit idea.
>>
>>17437424
Want me to expand on that?

Am very willing to after all is obvious to me this states can't survive without a central planned economy based on taxing people instead of the oligarchs aristocrats or whatever you wanna call the landlords
>>
Anarchy is simply impossible
>>
>>17436333
Yes
>>
True utopianism has never been tried
>>
>>17437648
>states can't survive without a central planned economy
And yet no country with a central planned economy survived. Curious
