why is stoicism so popular nowadays?
Because a lot of young men have nothing and no guidance so they look for structure in their lives, stoicism is talked about a lot on podcasts with influential people with the goal of reaching those who feel disempowered. Personally, I don’t really like stoicism or the people attracted to it, it has some merit but it’s not for me, I can see why it’s popular though and I hope the people using it find it beneficial
