Like you'll have Christians who say "Well, err yeah i'm a Christian, i believe Jesus is Lord, but i think that Adam and Eve, Noah? These are allegorical" "Sure i'm a Christian but as far as father, son and the holy spirit being co-equal? errr yeah i can't say that""Well i'm a Christian but i believe in Darwinian evolution"These kinds of statements are just passively accepted by other surrounding Christians and are not seen as shocking. If a Muslim did something similar to this he'd be thrown out of Islam as a vile apostate. Yes he claims Islam but does he accept Hadith? Any Muslim only believing in the Quran and leaving the Hadith is a kaffir. Any Muslim saying Moses didn't exist is a kaffir. Any Muslim saying that you don't have to pray is a kaffir, any Muslim saying Noah's ark didn't happen is a kaffir and on and on.Any Muslim who states that he is a Muslim has to be probed a bit further by other Muslims. It's not enough just to say "I'm a Muslim". The Shia, Nusayris, Qadianis, Nation of Islam, 5 Percenters, etc all say they are Muslim too. So this claim of being a Muslim is ruthlessly cross-checked by other Muslims.Yet we do not find the same thing in Christianity where a Christian can walk into a room full of other Christians and openly affirm Darwinism and it will be perfectly fine with no pushback.
I was once made to affirm Darwinian evolution by another student in a religious education class of a conservative Christian denomination.
Because despite worshiping the god of the jews they aren't so fast to scream alluah snackbar and cut someone down with a scimitar
>>17440824Well basically the industrial revolution happened and everyone knew the game was over just no one said it out loud until Nietzsche came along. In modern times, especially in America, people have just gone insane and will make up anything to believe in anything. Thats why we got flat earthers and other things like that.
