Join artists from all over the world in the Drawpile, the Premiere Cross-Board Collaborative Drawing Event. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EWk3Pm6M3-I
>>7072047The only current issue is that the server side version is not updated yet and won't be yet for a month or so, which prevents you from using the more extravagant textured brushes. Other than that it's perfectly usable!
>>7072077i lost
>>7072077That's a neat blur effect on the hand, and the stocking textures. Wonder how that was done in drawpile.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IubQnIPgKUI
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=stuX84eWlDQ
>>7072543The artist told me they did that effect in a different program and pasted it back in. I can't remember how he mentioned achieving it, it wasn't really a filter but like...a texture/layer arrangement sort of thing.
>>7072570I figured that was the case. It looks like the hand was duplicated, offset a few pixels and either a dithering brush or a texture layer was used, it looks pretty good

Looking for Drawpile and CSP users-Any chance anyone has remapped CSP's shortcuts to reflect Drawpiles? I have not messed with my Drawpile's default shortcuts. I'm particularly looking for one feature remapped in particular. On my drawing pen, I have two buttons. Seen in picrel. When I use the E shortcut in Drawpile, it will swap to my eraser and then BACK to my previous tool.I find this incredibly important to my workflow and while I love Drawpile, I need to use CSP more. I can't quite get this function to happen in CSP...
So this is where all the cool guys hang out huh?
>>7145691Don't know if CSP has an option for that, but the options eraser/brush or [B]/[E] in your tablet's shortcut options should work. Picrel is in pt/br, but you get the idea.
>>7145854Yeah, I feel this ight be my only option so far... But [B] takes me back to a specific brush and not my last used tool, which is primarily what I'd like. Thank you all the same.

>>7145691You can use [c] to make the current brush a eraser on csp
>>7149663The key function I want is to be able to swap back to my last used tool prior to eraser. Swapping between two tools with one button. Using c to eraser is fine, but then I have to manually go and click my brush again every time. Thank you all the same.
the [C] button in CSP switches your current brush to a transparent "eraser" with the same settings as that brush and then back when pressed again. [E] is eraser.
