The perspective does seem slightly wrong to me though, it feels like you're too afraid of obscuring parts of the character with the hand in front. The head is also tilted at an awkward angle from the body. The stethoscope outline changing color also looks weird to me, it would look better if it did break the outline of the main body shape.Anyway, I'm not good at art myself, and most of this board is the blind leading the blind, so take any advice you get here with a grain of salt.
