Because drawing endless boxes is an excuse to never actually draw anything while making it seem like you're busy.

not my work, but I aspire to draw boxes like these someday.
>>
>>7155859
I don't need to draw a cube, as the cube is in my mind perfectly rotating.
>>

How to draw without using boxes? Everything else comes out crooked and abnormal: the head, torso, pelvis, legs and arms, the general position of all this in space... If I can't draw boxes properly in space, I won't be able to create a normal composition and structure, with my low skill, boxes can really become endless, but there is no other way, after all, how can I draw normally if I can't master simple boxes, boxes and their obsession is justified

incorporate spheres
do exercises where you fuse boxes and spheres from different perspectives (a crude head+torso works)
then try a simple (cel) shading style on those fusions and go from there
it will make your drawings less boxy and make you familiar with curves vs edges
if this feels too abstract or dumbed down just check out Morpho's book: simplified forms
>>

Because they fell for the drawabox meme
>>
>>7159229
>where you fuse boxes
That still requires incorporating boxes....
>>
>>7159229
a sphere is just a rounded box
>>
>>7159238
the internet didn't invent boxes
