I may do another week of copying since it's all starting to click.My goal is to improve my ability to copy to a competent level before finishing Steve Huston's book. But do it anyway: you know what she looks like,so a sibling will look Like her,but with subtle differences. Maybe taller or shorter,thinner or stout,older or younger. This will help you to figure out the anatomy of what you draw,not just copying what someone else made. I did that for this strip,except that they weren't sisters but alternate dimensional versions of the character. You can also check how thick the paint will be on the scratch paper, letting you know if you have too much or if you even have the desired color.I actually learned that from painting miniatures. I just applied the same technique to my first watercolor painting and it worked really well. I used a small cheap store brand watercolor paper as my scratch paper.Keep at it!

I like being forced to compose the story around the preset pattern of panels. I often tweak dialog to fit in the word balloons, so this is but an extension of that.
