No one replied to this harley drawing in the previous thread, anon if you're reading this, the reason is because your style feels very complete. Can't really find any fault on it. I would say just continue to draw and polish and work on different poses other than head on but really if head on is your aim then you succeeded.

It's cute but the pose feels too stiff. Shoulders and arm positions are too parallel to the frame. Add some contraposto and maybe bring the arm out to break up the lines. Also a head tilt wouldn't hurt

I feel like your drawing doesn't really have any focus of what you want it to feel like exactly.
For example, one mountain looks creepy (left) one mountain looks soft and nice (right)
In terms of comp I feel like you don't understand how to lead eyes across a page (I know it's really challenging dw)

The fingers of his right hand are all weirdly proportioned; his index finger is really long while his pinky is really short. His left hand's thumb also seems like it's way too far to the left. Try holding your hand in that position and you'll see how uncomfortable it is. It and the palm should also be slightly facing inwards. I think it would look more interesting if it were in a pose like picrel as well, so that some of the fingers don't get awkwardly blocked by the ones in front.

It looks like you're still working on your rendering so I don't think that I can critique it (not that I have much expertise in it anyways), but don't forget to depict all the bounce light coming from the hands and the book.

You need to adjust the values. The book is hard to see in the thumbnail because even though the part we see is facing away from the light, it's brighter than his torso.
My "fix" isn't great because I didn't want to stray too far from what you've established, but at the least I wanted to see if I could bring the book forward in space by making it darker.
Still horribly amateurish at actually utilizing values so take what I say lightly.

Your lines and values are great, and as is the way you draw clothing, but it’s just flat I feel. Like the clothes have good lines, but the forms aren’t wrapping *around* the volume of his legs, more on top of them. Shoes have a similar problem, as they look very shoe like (great job on the shapes) but the tongue, the front of the shoes, and the laces, all flat. Ribs are kinda long, with not enough room for the abdominal area between his pelvis and ribs, making his legs look really long. Girls on the right look good, just make sure to add the philtrum between the lips and nose and to give the hair more form. Try to draw from life to solidify your understanding of forms so drawing forms and shapes is easier

I think it's basically fine. That "hump" of hair in the side view, midway down the back, sticks out to me somewhat. I guess it's supposed to be wavy hair, so I'm not going to say it's a problem, just something I noticed.

Im currently practising proportions a lot. My goal is to create "handsome" or "serious" characters under the natural 7'5/8'5 head proportions.

Those are some studies on how to portray tall (6heads) and short (5 heads) humans in the same reality.

After some tries, that is the current better ideas i have:
tall persons have the same head size as small, but in proportion to their own chest their legs and arms are longer.

women have also the legs taller than their male counterparts, thus having a smaller torso and a higher crotch.

Am I overthinking all this shit?

This one is a bigger troll. To make it imposing without using the same proporitons of a strong male hero, I increased the torso and arms vs legs, put more emphasis on the neck and also crazy forearms

Im a complete noob and im not sure if im explaining myself well about my intentions, but I feel im putting some pieces together in my mind by doing this
